Wednesday is United Way Day on Oldies 1013 and this week Executive Director Jason Duren was joined by Yolanda Pitts, the Executive Director of Turning Point Corp. to talk about Autism Awareness.
Pitts went on to explain the findings of the panel.
Morning Show host Greg Horne asked Pitts to discuss some of the tools parents should use.
The Autism Awareness Fun Day event will take place July 12 from 12:30 to 4:30 at the Donald W. Reynolds Community Service Center at 211 W. 3rd Avenue and will include food, music, games, bouncy houses and more. The public is invited to attend.
