Pine Bluff Man Faces Charges After Alleged Shooting Incident with Stolen Gun

A $10,000 bond was set Monday for a Pine Bluff man accused of firing shots at a relative after an altercation Saturday and using a gun that had been reported stolen.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Troy Barron, 60, with committing a terroristic act, aggravated assault on a family or household member, theft by receiving and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Reading from an affidavit from Detective Jason Boykin, Deputy Prosecutor Brittaney Akel explained the allegations.

Akel then went on to say this.

Barron  was ordered to have no contact with the victim and to come back to court Aug. 4.
