A $2,500 cash only bond was set Monday for a Pine Bluff man on a theft related allegation.
Because of several prior theft convictions, Pine Bluff District Judge set the cash only bond for Willie Lee Atkins, 61, after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with felony theft.
Deputy Prosecutor Brittaney Akel explained the allegation based on an affidavit from Lt. Derrick Neal.
Atkins was told to come back to court Aug. 4.
