The Pine Bluff Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 30-year-old Tyler Shinn, who is wanted for Aggravated Assault and Aggravated Robbery.
Shinn is described as approximately 6’2″ tall and weighing around 185 pounds. He was last known to live on Kady Road in Redfield.
