Alax Alan Young, a 35-year-old Level 2 sex offender from White Hall, was arrested on June 9, 2025, by Arkansas State Police’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Special Agents.
The operation received assistance from Homeland Security Investigations and the White Hall Police Department.
Young is charged with 13 felony counts related to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and three felony counts for failing to register as a sex offender.
The arrest followed a residential search warrant and an arrest warrant, which were issued after ICAC Special Agents received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Young was apprehended at his workplace and subsequently transported to the Jefferson County Detention Center.
