In Desha County Circuit Court on April 22nd, several individuals accepted negotiated pleas resulting in various sentences:
- Della Marshall was sentenced to 13 years for Murder 1st Degree, with an additional 9-year enhancement, to be served in the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
- Randall Holland received a 5-year sentence in the Arkansas Department of Corrections for the fraudulent use of a credit card.
- Reontravae Sims was given 1 year of probation for possession of firearms by certain persons and DWI, along with fines and costs.
- Dontai Brown was sentenced to 1 year of probation for theft of property, along with fines and costs.
- Daniel Lemonds had his charge reduced from Battery II to Battery III and was sentenced to 1 year of probation, along with fines and costs.
- Christopher Green Jr. received a 4-year sentence for residential burglary and theft of property, with an additional four years suspended imposition of sentence (SIS) in the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
