UAPB will proudly commemorate 150 years of excellence during the Sesquicentennial Community Celebration on Thursday, Nov. 9, from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Pine Bluff Convention Center, located at 1 Convention Center.

Dr. Chancellor Laurence B. Alexander, administrators, students, alumni, faculty, staff, and community partners will be on hand for a free, fun, family-friendly event.  The event will be centered around the theme “Mission, Milestones, and Memories,” that have been cultivated by the UAPB family over the last 150 years. UAPB will have stations throughout the event where attendees can learn more about specific university offerings and programs, including Academics, The Student Success Center, 4-H/Youth Development, The UAPB Marching Band, The UAPB Spirit Team, and a yoga/dance station.
