Press release from Pine Bluff Police:
Officers were dispatched to 2709 East Harding Avenue (Dollar Tree), in reference to a shooting. Officers arrived on scene and noticed a 30-year-old black male slumped over inside his vehicle. The victim had a gunshot wound to the right side of his face.
EASI Ambulance Service Inc., arrived and transported the victim (who still had a pulse) to Jefferson Regional Medical Center, where he later died from his injury.
There is no suspect information at this time. Detectives are currently following up on all leads.
