A Little Rock man was killed when he was hit by a vehicle that left the scene Wednesday.
According to a preliminary report, Johnny D. Butts, 36, was hit by an unknown color Chevy Silverado that had been eastbound in the 10,000 block of Colonel Glenn Road at about 7:30 a.m.
The vehicle left after the collision and Butts was pronounced dead at the scene.
The death was the 321st so far this year on the state’s highways.
