The Committee on Souse Abuse or CASA has a new executive director.
Peggy Tillman, who started as a Children’s Advocate and later worked on human trafficking was named to the top spot in July and on Wednesday appeared on the Oldies 1013 morning show where she explained what CASA does.
Morning show host Greg Horne asked her what causes the level of violence to increase during the holidays and Tillman said this.
Tillman then explained how women or women with children could contact CASA if they need help.
She also said CASA also deals with clients from all over the nation.
