Reading from a probable cause affidavit from Detective Tamina Smith, Deputy Prosecutor Mircha King said police were sent to an apartment complex at 4511 S. Main St., in response to a reported armed disturbance.

On Wednesday, Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set a $2,500 bond for Coleman after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with committing a terroristic act.

He was ordered to have no contact with the victim and said he would hire his own attorney.
