Pine Bluff’s Juneteenth celebration will be moving to downtown this year due to the heavy rain that came through last week. Mary Liddell was a guest on Sunrise Deltaplex with Rick Walker and talked about where the event will be located.
Liddell said there will be something for everyone at the celebration.
