The White Hall City Council will hold a special called meeting Friday at 1 p.m. to appoint a new city council member following the tragic death of senior member Andy Lunsford on New Year’s Eve.
Lunsford was set to begin a new term on January 1, so the new appointee will serve a full term according to White Hall Mayor Noel Foster.
No information has been provided on who will be appointed, however, Deltaplex News will be in attendance for the appointment.
