A Pine Bluff man who is on probation and has a pending charge was arrested Sunday after he allegedly threatened another man during an altercation.

During a court hearing Tuesday, Deputy Prosecutor Beth Carson said Krystian Robinson, 25, is on felony probation in Pulaski County and has a charge of simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms pending in Jefferson County.

Robinson was arrested after police were sent to the area of Shady Grove at 5 p.m. in response to a reported disturbance.

Detective Jason Boykin reported that the victim said he was outside working on his go-cart when Robinson walked by and the two got into a verbal altercation.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set a $15,000 cash-only bond for Robinson after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with terroristic threatening.

Robinson was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court Aug. 17.
