Wednesday is United Way Day on Oldies 1013 and this week, Pia Woods with Jefferson County 4-H was asked what 4-H has going on.
She went on to give this example.
Jennifer Lipp, who was filling in for Greg Horne asked Woods about the process of becoming a volunteer and Woods responded this way.
Woods said young people actually conduct the meetings and elect officers as they learn things like Robert’s Rules of Order and how to be productive citizens.
