Deltaplex News and the Youth Engagement Services (YES) hosted a debate for candidates running for Pine Bluff City Council Thursday morning inside of the L.A. Davis Student Union on the campus of UAPB.
Debates were held between the following candidates:
WARD ONE: LaTisha Brunson, David Knott, John Proctor, Garland Trice, and Danny Walker
WARD THREE: Ivan Whitfield, Quaranner Cotledge, and Lanette Frazier
WARD FOUR: Cassandra Dean (Ward Four Council member Steven Mays did not attend the debate.)
The debate was moderated by Floyd Donald, Ray King, and Joni Alexander.
