Verizon Innovative Learning Program Shark Tank at UAPB

We are asking for community members to come out and support VIL’s annual Shark Tank. The Shark Tank will feature students from grades 6-8 that have created, planned and developed their own business plans. Just as a regular shark tank, the students will present to a panel of judges and promote their business ideas. The judges will then deliberate and choose a winner. The winner will then get the opportunity to attend a business development workshop. The Shark Tank will be immediately followed by a presentation and awards ceremony for the participants of the Verizon Innovative Learning program. The Shark Tank judges include Dr. Traci Hudson, Mr. Rupert Thomas, and Mr. Chris Jones. We invite all community members to come out and support the youth for this spectacular event.

Verizon Innovative Learning Program Shark Tank is free of charge and will be held at the UAPB STEM Building Thursday June 30, 2022 at 2 p.m.
