Plans for the Go-Kart track to be constructed on East Harding Avenue are continuing and on Thursday, Urban Renewal Agency Director Chandra Griffin discussed a request her board approved earlier in the week to authorize money to cut trees on the property.
Griffin appeared on the Oldies 1013 morning show where host Greg Horne said he had been told that once the grading is completed, it won’t take long to put the track in.
According to an email, that special called meeting will take place at 12:15 p.m. Friday.
