Wednesday is United Way Day on Oldies 1013 and each week; a different partner agency is featured.
Jason Duren was one of the guests and Morning Show host Greg Horne said colder weather is coming, as well as the holidays, and asked Duren if those factors generated a lot of activity among partner agencies.
Doren was then asked to explain the process the United Way goes through to make sure the money received is put to good use.
He went on to explain that those team members are members of the community from all walks of life and with all different types of backgrounds.
Horne then said the United Way has a reputation of being really efficient with donations and Duren rspo0nded this way.
