Residents in Pine Bluff have until Tuesday to get money for emergency repairs through the  Economic and Community Development Department of Pine Bluff.

This program aims to provide emergency repair services to low-income homeowners who own and occupy properties as their primary residence and can cover anything from energy efficiency to finding water leaks. The program opened on May 1st and will be accepting applications through the 21st.

The application period for the program has been open from May 1st through the 21st.

The department says this is not a plan to remodel houses but rather to address emergency conditions to improve environmental wellness throughout the community. To get more info, contact the department at 870-543-1820.
