The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff has made history as the Valedictorians from all four Pine Bluff High Schools signed commitments to attend UAPB in the fall.

According to a press release, four female students, Freddiemae Thompson of Dollarway High School, Aaliyah Handy of Watson Chapel High School. Jada Lambert of Friendship Aspire Academy and Indonesia Jackson of Pine Bluff High School plan to study in different fields and all four were awarded full scholarships.

Thompson plans to major in biology and to become a doctor or an entrepreneur. She was like to establish a privately-owned healthcare facility to be called Thompson’s Care.

Handy plans to major in nursing and wants to work in the medical field and become a registered nurse.

Lambert plans to major in nursing and would like to pursue her passion of taking care of people by becoming a registered nurse.

Jackson plans to major in English with a minor in Political Science. She plans to attend law school and become a criminal or civil attorney.
