Several Pine Bluff area businesses have been checked last week by the Arkansas’ Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) to make sure COVID guidelines are being followed. There were three business that failed inspections, while several others passed their inspections.

Please note the locations that failed inspection have not yet received any violations.

While they did fail inspection, the determination to issue violations is made by ABC’s Director following a review of compliance reports.

A failed inspection may be the result of non-compliance with one or several COVID19-related directives.

Overall, ABC agents have conducted more than 4,000 compliance checks since mid-2020.
