The Quapaw Nation, owners of the Saracen Casino and soon to be resort has seen its share of turmoil recently with a change in the leadership but they are committing millions of dollars to the construction of the 13-story hotel on the property.
On Friday, Carlton Saffa, Chief Market Officer for the Saracen Casino was asked about that when he was a guest on the Oldies 1013 morning show.
Saffa then went on to say this.
