The Arkansas Department of Transportation has changed the speed limits on U.S. Highway 270, also known as Sheridan Road.
White Hall Police Chief Greg Shapiro said motorists are encouraged to check the signs as speeds on some sections of the roadway have changed from 45 miles per hour to 40 miles per hour while other sections changed from 40 miles per hour to 35 miles pe hour.
