Southeast Arkansas College is beginning a new program designed to help families in Jefferson County.
Appearing on the Oldies 1013 morning show Monday, SEARK President Dr. Steven Bloomberg explained the program.
Morning show host Greg Horne asked Bloomberg to explain some of the details of the program.
Horne also asked Bloomberg about the “working poor” and how this program could be beneficial to them.
Bloomberg also explained SEARK’s role in the program.
