SeArk College President Dr. Steven Bloomberg joined Greg Horne Monday morning on the Oldies 101.3 FM morning show to announce the inaugural baseball coach for men’s baseball at SeArk College.
Bloomberg announced live on the air that Steven Ray Adams, Jr has been named head coach of the SeArk Sharks men’s baseball team. He is currently an assistant coach at Eastern Kentucky, and comes with a solid baseball background.
Bloomberg said that the ties Adams, Jr. has to Southeast Arkansas will be big for the program.
A formal press release on the hire is expected to be released Monday by SeArk College.
