The Pine Bluff Police Department is investigating a shooting that left one person dead.
Shortly after 1:00 p.m. Monday officers responded to 1118 W. 5th in reference to a shooting. When officers arrived, they found a male shooting victim just inside the door of the residence.
The male was pronounced dead at the scene by the Jefferson County Coroner.
The victim is a 16-year-old male, and his identity will not be released due to his age.
Detectives have identified a suspect in this murder.
The detectives are looking for 17-year-old male Cartez Lamontrea Davis. Davis is about 5’8” tall, about 145 lbs., and is wanted for Capital Murder.
