The Pine Bluff Police Department is in the early stages of a shooting investigation located at the intersection of Martha Mitchell Expressway and Blake Street.
Witnesses tell Deltaplex News that an SUV allegedly drove through the intersection with a person hanging out of a window while shooting at multiple vehicles. Deltaplex News is told that several vehicles have been struck by the gunfire.
