A Pine Bluff man was killed in a one-vehicle in Grant County Friday night.
According to a preliminary report, Fred Dewayne Collins, 41, was eastbound on U.S. 270 near Westbrook Drive when the 2001 Cadillac he was driving crossed into the westbound lane, driving left off the roadway.
The vehicle continued off the roadway and impacted a standing tree before coming to rest.
The accident was reported at 8:40 p.m. and the death was the 134th so far this year on the state’s highways.
