An investigation into the theft of power tools, a rifle and other items from a storage unit on Aug. 16 resulted in the arrest of a second suspect to the incident.

Justin Indoe, 31, of Pine Bluff was identified as being in the vehicle with the initial suspect, Brandon Jones, that an investigator from the Tri-County Drug Task Force stopped about an hour after the initial theft report was filed.

During a court hearing Monday, Deputy Prosecutor Shana Alexander said both Indoe and Brandon Jones were on probation or parole and had search waivers on file with police.

Sheriff’s Investigator Sandra Harper reported that the side-by-side was located in a wooded area and it along with some of the stolen property was returned to the owner.

Alexander said Indoe has no prior convictions in Jefferson County but is on parole in Sebastian County.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set a $25,000 bond for Indoe Monday after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with three counts of theft of property. He was told to come back to court Sept. 29.
