The Pine Bluff Police Department is asking for help locating Toney Bishop.
Mr. Bishop was last by his family in March of 2020. Mr. Bishop lives in Pine Bluff and frequents the towns of Altheimer and Sherill where he grew up. Mr. Bishop is also a patient of a Little Rock hospital.
The police department states that as far as they are aware, Mr. Bishop has not been seen at any of these locations since before March 2020.
