Pine Bluff resident Erica Heard was arrested and booked into Jefferson County detention center October 25, 2018 at 12:38 pm.
The 36 year old Heard was charged with BATTERY – 3RD DEGREE / NEGLIGENTLY CAUSES INJURY USING A DEADLY WEAPON.
No bond has been set.
