A $75,000 bond was set Monday for a White Hall man accused of shooting two other people during an incident Feb. 10.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Ricketo Jordan, 23, with first-degree battery and with committing a terroristic act.
Reading from an affidavit by White Hall Police Investigator Charles Treadway, a deputy prosecutor said on Feb. 10, White Hall Police received multiple reports of gunshots on Anderson Street near the White Hall City Park.
Pine Bluff Police determined that the stories they were getting from witnesses were different.
Jordan was ordered to have no contact with the victims until the case is settled.
