The Pine Bluff Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted in connection with a shooting reported Friday.
Authorities are searching for Rickey Ray, 35, who is wanted on charges of first-degree battery and possession of a firearm by certain persons. An active warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Police said the incident occurred April 17 in the 2100 block of West 30th Avenue. Investigators allege Ray fled the scene in a small white SUV following the shooting.
Ray is described as a white male, approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing around 190 pounds. His last known address is listed as 5810 Highway 63 in Rison.
Officials are warning the public not to approach Ray, stating he should be considered armed and dangerous.
