Individuals who do not have Department of Defense credentials may still attend if they enter the installation with someone who has authorized access. Officials said each vehicle must have at least one occupant with valid Department of Defense access to enter through the Dexter Gate.

All passengers age 16 and older will be required to present a valid state-issued driver’s license, identification card, passport or other acceptable identification when entering the installation.

Guests are encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs and insect repellent for the outdoor event.

Arsenal officials said the annual celebration is intended to recognize America’s 250th birthday while bringing together members of the Arsenal workforce, military personnel, retirees and their families for an evening of community activities and fireworks.
