October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and with that comes some startling new figures that show
that during the pandemic as many as a third of women skipped regular mammograms. Dr. Amy Cahill
with Jefferson Regional joined Rick Walker on Sunrise Deltaplex to outline how this happened.

Walker asked Cahill if the procedure has gotten easier and she answered this way.

Cahill further elaborated that early detection is still so important.

Walker also asked Cahill if it is getting easier and more affordable to get the screenings done. She said this.
