Pine Bluff Attorney Jackie Harris easily defeated two challengers and will be the new Fourth Division Circuit Judge for the 11-West Judicial District which include Jefferson and Lincoln Counties.
Harris will be sworn in Jan. 1, replacing Judge Leon Jamison, who is retiring.
