Fire departments from Calvert, Center Grove, and Sheridan along with the Arkansas Forestry Commission have suppressed a fire on Huckleberry Lane in the Clearwater Lake neighborhood that began Thursday evening.
Sources at the scene tel Deltaplex News that a single story dwelling caught fire before flames spread to nearby woods.
The Arkansas Forestry Commission responded and cut a line to help suppress the fire while the three local departments worked to extinguish the flames.
Fire and Forestry personnel were still on scene at 8:05 p.m., but flames have been extinguished.
No injuries have been reported in the incident.
