Governor Asa Hutchinson activated 64 members of the Arkansas National Guard Wednesday due to icy weather across the state. The guardsmen will help local agencies where needed. They can help by rescuing drivers and assisting first responders.
The Deltaplex is currently under an Ice Storm Warning until Thursday at Noon.
