The hotel will be located at the site of the former Plaza Hotel which will be torn down.
On Oldies 1013 morning show Wednesday, Go Forward CEO Ryan Wately was asked if plans for the new hotel had been finalized.
Watley went on to say this.
He said when the loan is paid off, the city will own the hotel.
