The City of Pine Bluff Economic and Community Development Department (ECD) covers many projects within the city including the most recent renovation of the Pine Bluff Community center last month. The department director, Larry Matthews spoke about his main function with the department,
Currently, ECD has been working on the first phase of Street Scape amongst other projects that are in plans for the future,
Matthews also addressed the efforts he and the department have put into researching and maintaining clear drainages,
Mathews addressed more information on the progress of phase I as they prepare for phase II of the Street Scape project.
