First Ward City Council member Lloyd Holcomb Jr. announced Monday he will be a candidate for reelection next year.
Holcomb appeared on the Oldies 1013 morning show.
Morning show host Greg Horne then asked Holcomb why he made the decision to seek a fourth term.
