14-Year-Old Arrested After Bringing Gun to School

A 14-year-old is in custody after being arrested Thursday at Bentonville High School.  Police say the student brought a 9mm handgun to the school and was arrested.  School officials say they will have more information as they look into the situation.

A Bill to Allow Delivery of Alcohol Passes a House Committee

A bill to allow retail liquor stores to deliver to homes in wet counties has cleared the Arkansas House Rules Committee.  The bill, SB 32, cleared the Senate earlier, was amended to allow microbrewery restaurants and microbreweries themselves to deliver alcohol as well.
