Pine Bluff High School is hosting a balloon release in memory of the late Terry Smith on Tuesday at 6pm. Smith was a retired educator from the Pine Bluff School District.
He taught at Jack Robey Junior High School and Pine Bluff High School. Smith was also an adjunct instructor in the English department at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. The balloon release will be held at Pine Bluff High School.
