Allie Bell was crowned the new Miss Arkansas Teen last week in Little Rock. She was a guest of Rick Walker on Sunrise Deltaplex and talked about the life-changing experience.
Rick asked her when she began to feel she might win the crown.
Allie will be attending Ouachita Baptist University in the fall and talked about why she chose that institution.
Her platform, which focuses on opioid abuse, is very personal.
She will now go on to compete in the Miss America Teen pageant in January as well as traversing the state representing Miss Arkansas Teen.
