Morning Show host Greg Horne asked Barbaree about the percentage of teachers who are certified, noting that when she was hired, only about 15 percent of teachers were certified while the number for this year is about 80 percent. Horne asked if that is the case for the upcoming school year.

“Are you saying all of the teachers are either certified or in a program to get certified for the next school year?”, Horne asked.
