White Hall School Board held its monthly meeting Tuesday approving their salary schedule for the 2023-2024 school year and staff and teacher raises.
Superintendent Gary Williams joined the Oldies 1013 Morning Show Wednesday and host Greg Horne asked about that meeting.
Williams was then asked if there is extra funding received to help with those salary adjustments.
Williams added that all district employees received at least a 5% raise except for himself as superintendent.
Horne asked Williams if the LEARNS Act is beneficial statewide for teacher recruitment and he said this.
