USDA releases emergency recall

An undetermined amount of ready-to-eat meat charcuterie products are being recalled by the USDA. The company, Fratelli Baretta, USA, Inc. is recalling some of their RTE charcuterie products over a fear of under process pork cold cuts.  The USDA said it could have been caused by contamination with foodborne pathogens. Eating the meat could cause diarrhea, abdominal cramps and fever six hours to six days after consumption. To find out more, go to http://www.fsis.usda.gov
