Third Ward City Council candidate William Fells describes how he would improve the area

Pine Bluff native William Fells, who won the Democratic Party’s nomination for Third Ward City Councilman in a runoff with current Council Member Glen Brown Sr. was a guest on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show Thursday.

A native of Pine Bluff, Fells graduated from American University and worked for four years as Special Projects Coordinator in the office of Mayor Shirley Washington.

He will be opposed in the November General Election by Independent Colton Edwards and he talked about some of the things he wants to do if elected.
