Arkansas Moves to Ban PBM-Owned Pharmacies as Legislation Gains Support
Legislation prohibiting pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) from owning pharmacies in Arkansas is moving its way through the Arkansas General Assembly and, according to Lelan Stice, who owns Doctor’s Orders Pharmacies, is expected to pass before the legislature ends in May.
